We (Flotek Group) have our head office in Bridgend, with other offices across the country. We have adopted Cae Court as our preferred location for our team visiting - usually around 5-10 nights a month. The hotel is fantastic - quiet & secure with great food options & the rooms are lovely, but the service is what really keeps us coming back. The team - particularly Jing - are tremendous and are a real credit to the business. We are a business that prides ourself on the service we provide to our customers so very much resonate with Cae Court who very much share this ethos.

We had a great experience at Cae Court Hotel staying for 2 nights in this little gem of a place. Everything is done to the highest standards.... the rooms, the dining room, the cocktail bar are all very impressive. Above all this was the quality of the service. The management and staff are quite delightful. I would gladly describe it as compact luxury.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and occupied Room 2 for the entire stay. Booked the hotel due to the convenience and proximity to the facility that I was due to have my training. Because we had to have a long drive from Newcastle, we checked in around 8pm on the first night. Staff were friendly and very helpful - couldn't do enough for you. Location-wise, it was situtated near the centre (and I think the train station, too). There was a church literally in front, and some shops around that was only a few minutes walk. It's a good place to stay if you want a little feel of the area, but not get too overwhelmed with the busy-ness of the place. The room was a good size, the bed was huge, and extremely comfortable. The pillows were divine! I've had the best sleep I've had (this is an understatement). I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was equipped with his and hers sinks and a huge waterfall shower - literally the best experience we've ever had depsite of the awful weather (stormy weather for our stay). I think from memory there were 8 rooms in total, 2 upstairs, and the rest were located downstairs. All accessible through a common staircase or a lift. It's a quaint hotel but fitted with modern finishings. They had a restaurant that can accommodate around 40 people (I think that was my chair count) and a bar with lounge. I noticed that a lot of locals frequent the restaurant at night, because it was really busy throughout our stay. (Because the food was just amazing!) Parking was not plentiful, with only 3 spots in the bay, and one near the garden area, but staff were always quite keen to help! Food didn't come in a buffet setting, but was served fresh from the menu selection - mostly british and spanish food inspired. We mostly had breakfasts in, which were included with our stay, but the food was amazing! An explosion of flavour - shout out to Kuya Dante who prepared our breakfasts! Room was fitted with airconditioning but I personally feel it wasn't that strong enough - I guess that's the only improvement I could suggest. Eventually I did manage to cool down because the cold stormy weather helped when I opened the windows for the whole room. Nothing major - our overall stay was superb!
